We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from KatKabin Ltd. If you wish to return an item, either for exchange or to cancel your order, the following applies:
1. Cancellation & Returns

UK & EU Customers: You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.

Complete the returns note included with your goods.
2. Returning Items

Return the item within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, labels, and instructions.

Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend using a tracked service (e.g., Royal Mail Special Delivery) with insurance.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty goods.

All other return conditions still apply.
4. Refunds & Exchanges

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Refunds will cover the item price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

EU customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
