Where we deliver:

We are able to deliver our products all over the world and we are very proud of our customer service record.  We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, but delivery to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man will incur an additional delivery charge. Please contact us for delivery to USA and Canada.

How we deliver:

We despatch orders for delivery using: Royal Mail 1st Class Post and Independent Couriers

When to expect your order

We endeavour to despatch orders received within 3-5 working days if the item is currently in stock.

Items sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery should be delivered within 1 to 2 days. 

Our couriers may deliver at any time between 9am and 3pm.  Orders delivered by courier can be tracked via the Internet once you have been allocated a consignment number.

Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times.

What happens if we are unable to deliver?

Deliveries by our courier will usually be made during Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm.

We realise that occasionally we may try to deliver an order and nobody will be available to sign for the goods or the item may be too large to post.

Each time an attempt is made, our delivery agent will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. This card contains details for you to arrange to collect the order directly from their depot or to arrange a convenient time to deliver. The goods will only be held for a limited time. Please respond within the timescale mentioned on the card. 

Please note that the following countries incur an additional £25 customs clearance charge this is non-negotiable:

Bosnia-Herzegovina / Croatia / Iceland / Liechtenstein / Montenegro / Norway / Serbia / Switzerland. These countries will have the additional £25 customs charge added to the carriage charge on all orders over £30.00 - should you have any queries about shipping charges please contact us on: 01278 760419

We will choose the most effective method of delivery based on the value of your order, the content, the cost to us of delivery and getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible.

Please ensure you have left a telephone number in case we need to contact you about your order. We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
